I brought my car into AAMCO Transmission Cathedral City for a transmission codes problem and was very impressed with the overall experience. Went in for a transmission flush, new filter and pan gasket for my 2005 Lexus RX330. A coupon discount was subtracted from the original quote. Very fair pricing compared to othe establishments. Great customer service and there was no upselling. Was ready when promised. A good experience.
I have to start out by saying there are not many folks as dedicated to customer service these days the way Mike is. He was nothing but professional, kind and honest, right out of the gate. My car has been having some issues with transmission oil leaking, and Mike gave me some real honest feedback about the kind of work and expense that needed to be done. I decided to forego the work, so Mike topped it off with oil and didn't charge me a red cent. I'm so grateful for his help, it meant everything. 5-Star from me, highly recommend!
